환경·AI·공존을 주제로 한 국제 창의예술 프로젝트 개최

오는 2026년 7월, 오스트리아 비엔나의 구스타프 클림트 빌라(Gustav Klimt Villa)에서 한국 청소년들의 창의예술 작품을 선보이는 국제 전시 프로젝트가 개최된다.

이번 전시는 “Harmony(화합)“를 주제로 진행되며, 미래 세대가 바라보는 환경, 인공지능(AI), 기술 발전, 생태계 보전, 문화적 다양성, 그리고 인간과 자연의 공존에 대한 생각을 예술로 표현하는 국제 창의예술 프로젝트이다.

2026 클림트 국제전 공모에 예선을 통과한 학생들은 서울과 제주도 국제학교를 중심으로 다양한 국제 교육 환경에서 성장하고 있는 청소년들로, 단순한 미술 교육을 넘어 현대 사회가 직면한 문제에 대한 자신의 시각과 해법을 작품 속에 담아냈다.

전시 작품들은 해양 오염과 플라스틱 쓰레기로 위협받는 바다 생태계, 인공지능과 인간의 협력, 환경 회복을 위한 기술의 역할, 문화와 종교를 초월한 평화와 공존, 그리고 미래 사회의 지속가능성 등 글로벌 이슈를 주제로 구성되었다.

특히 고래, 바다거북, 산호초, 숲, 로봇 등 다양한 상징적 이미지를 통해 학생들은 “기술은 자연과 어떠힌방식으로 공존할 수 있는가”, “미래 사회에서 인간의 역할은 무엇인가”, “환경을 지키기 위해 우리는 무엇을 해야 하는가”와 같은 질문을 던지고 있다.

이번 프로젝트를 기획한 ACCK(한국예술문화교류학회)는 예술을 단순한 표현 활동이 아니라 미래 세대가 사회 문제를 탐구하고 세계와 소통하는 언어로 바라보고 있다.

프로젝트를 주관한 아크대표는 “청소년들이 환경과 기술, 평화와 공존이라는 세계적 주제를 스스로 탐구하고 작품으로 표현하는 과정 자체가 중요한 교육적 가치”라며 “이번 전시는 결과물보다도 미래 세대의 생각과 상상력이 국제 무대와 만나는 의미 있는 기회가 될 것”이라고 밝혔다.

전시가 열리는 클림트 빌라는 오스트리아를 대표하는 화가 구스타프 클림트가 마지막 작품 활동을 했던 역사적 공간으로, 세계 각국의 예술가와 창작자들이 찾는 문화예술 장소로 알려져 있다.

이번 전시를 통해 한국 청소년들은 자신들의 시선으로 바라본 미래 사회의 모습을 국제 관람객들과 공유하며, 예술을 통한 세계 시민으로서의 역할과 책임에 대해 함께 생각해 보는 시간을 갖게 된다.

한편, ACCK(한국예술문화교류학회)는 이번 프로젝트를 시작으로 예술과 창의융합교육을 기반으로 한 국제 교류 프로그램을 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 계획이다.

Korean Youth Share Their Vision of the Future at Gustav Klimt Villa in Vienna

International Creative Arts Project on Environment, AI and Coexistence

In July 2026, selected students from Seoul and Jeju International Schools in Korea will present their artworks at the International Youth Creative Arts Exhibition 2026, held at the historic Gustav Klimt Villa in Vienna, Austria.

Under the theme “Harmony”, the exhibition explores global issues including environmental protection, artificial intelligence, cultural diversity, peace, and the coexistence of humanity and nature.

Students who passed the preliminary selection of the 2026 Klimt International Exhibition express their own perspectives on the future through symbolic images such as whales, sea turtles, forests, coral reefs, and robots. Their works raise important questions:

• How can technology coexist with nature?
• What will be the role of humanity in future society?
• How can we protect our environment?

Organized by ACCK (Arts & Culture Center Korea), the project views art not simply as creative expression, but as a language through which young people can explore social issues and communicate with the world.

The exhibition will provide Korean youth with an opportunity to share their visions of the future with an international audience and experience the value of global citizenship through art.
